Nextiva clarified that consumers can opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information either via the cookie preference center or by submitting the form at https://www.nextiva.com/privacy-rights-request, and added a new statement that it does not sell personal information of consumers known to be under 16.

Nextiva removed the Nevada-specific statement that it "does not sell Personal Information of any person" and replaced both the Nevada section and the CCPA opt-out section with language acknowledging that disclosures to third-party analytics providers "may constitute a sale or sharing" of personal information, with opt-out available via the cookie preference center.
