Is there a free plan?
Yes. Free tracks up to 3 vendors with email alerts, for as long as you like. No card needed.
What counts as a vendor?
One company you buy from, with every document we watch for it: its subprocessor list, DPA, privacy policy, terms of service and AI terms together count as one vendor.
Which documents do you watch?
Subprocessor lists, data processing agreements, privacy policies, terms of service and AI usage terms, read from each vendor's own site every day. Security and certification pages are next.
What if a vendor we use isn't in the catalog?
Ask for it and we find its documents and add it to the catalog for everyone. Business requests are handled first.
How do we move to a paid plan?
Every workspace starts on Free. Choose a plan in Billing and pay by card through Stripe; the new limits apply as soon as the payment goes through. Prices are per workspace, per month, in US dollars.
Can we change plans later?
Yes, up or down at any time from Billing. Stripe prorates the difference, and cancelling keeps your plan until the end of the period you paid for, then moves the workspace to Free. Your vendors, history and review decisions stay with the workspace.
