Terms of service changed
The Terms of Service add a new Section 11(d) "Fireflies Talk" dictation feature under which the Software captures your voice while dictating and, after you stop, limited information about the application you are actively using, governed by new Supplemental Terms at fireflies.ai/terms/talk; billing terms in Section 7(d) also change so that prices for Recurring Subscriptions now require at least 30 days' advance notice before changing (previously changeable at any time without notice), and Auto-Upgrade now defaults to off and requires affirmative opt-in consent (previously opt-out).

Fireflies.ai's privacy policy was updated to introduce a new desktop dictation feature called "Fireflies Talk," which collects voice audio during dictation and "Screen Context" (limited information from the application being used) when dictation stops, with speech-to-text vendors receiving dictation audio and text-formatting vendors receiving transcribed text and Screen Context.
