Brand24 added a new "USE OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE" section disclosing that customer data may be sent to third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Google, Anthropic) for AI Insights, Brand Assistant and other features, while stating no customer data is used to train third-party public AI models; the explicit sub-processor table was removed from the policy text and replaced with a link to a separate, independently updatable sub-processors page, and transfer safeguards now also include EU adequacy decisions alongside SCCs.
