Barracuda's Legal Terms and Conditions were substantially rewritten: suspension rights for security threats in Section 1.3 broadened (removing the 'to the extent reasonably necessary' limitation and allowing 'immediate' suspension), the 30-day cancellation right in Section 2.1 now excludes only 'renewals, upgrades, and migrations' instead of also excluding add-ons, expansions, excess usage and Services, and Hardware shipping terms in Section 3.1 moved from Incoterms 2020 to Incoterms 2025. The diff was truncated right as Section 3.3 (Data Processing, covering Systems Data, AI model training...
